It is my goal to find ways to help women have the best transition into motherhood. One of my biggest passions is supporting women during postpartum. Herbal sitz baths have been something I have enjoyed gifting to clients to promote healing and relaxation as they recover from birth. I am so excited to be sharing this with even more women.
WHAT IS POSTPARTUM HERBAL SITZ BATH?
An herbal sitz bath is a shallow bath in which you add herbs, salts, and other ingredients that promote healing and relaxation. Birth can leave your perineum sore and itchy. Sitz baths soak your perineum easing discomfort while speeding up the healing process.
