Join us for our 4-week childbirth education series where we will be exploring pregnancy, birth and postpartum. This is a wonderful opportunity for expecting families (8-34 weeks) to gain confidence and knowledge as they prepare for birth.

Understanding the Process of Birth
Postpartum and Breastfeeding
Learn how to nourish your body, mind and soul during pregnancy. Gain doula insights on labor and birth options as you gain confidence for informed decision making while learning about advocacy in the birth space. Prepare for the birth you desire as we learn the physiological process of birth, watch birth videos, learn tips for having an unmedicated birth and rehearse hands on positions and comfort techniques. Explore all things postpartum and breasfeeding, ending our time together in a mother blessing.
