During your pregnancy

• Three nourishing in-person prenatal visits where we will discuss how to support a healthy pregnancy, process past experiences, foster connection and sisterhood as you journey closer to the day your birth unfolds, explore all options for labor, delve into the physiological process of birth and prepare for a sacred fourth trimester.
•  Unlimited phone support where you can reach out to your doula after visits with your midwife, ask questions as they come up and seek support as you walk through pregnancy, birth and the early postpartum.
• Home birth blessing to prepare your space for the place of birth. During your last prenatal we can spend an intentional moment to pray over your birth space and prepare your postpartum herbal sits bath with love. This is a slow, intentional pause to speak hopes, tend fears gently, and pray over the mother.

When birth unfolds

• Your doula will be on-call for your birth 38 to 42 weeks. She will provide continuous labor support in-home beginning in active labor through the hours leading up to the birth of your baby at the desired location. This includes physical, emotional, and informational support tailored to each woman's individual experience and needs.
•  Professional birth photography by your doula. We specialize in capturing the raw, authentic moments of labor, birth, and the first hours of your new little one’s life. Our style ensures that intimate and powerful moments are documented while the undisturbed birth space is preserved, allowing you to relive the beauty and strength of your birthing experience for years to come. This includes 75 hand-edited images through a private online gallery, and 48-hour sneak peeks.

Support for the fourth trimester

• Support in the early hours of postpartum where we stay with you for the first 1-2 hours until your family is ready for quiet time. This may look like honoring those first moments after birth, encouraging you as a new mother, supporting the first latch, and helping you settle in before resting with your new baby.
• One nourishing postpartum visit to close our circle. This visit takes place within the first week after birth includes a warm meal, postpartum tea, and a safe space to reflect on your journey.
