Bringing a newborn home is a beautiful, transformative time, but it can also be exhausting—physically, emotionally, and mentally. Sleep deprivation can make it harder to fully enjoy these precious early moments, leaving you feeling drained and unable to be present for yourself, your baby, and your family.
Imagine being able to close your eyes, knowing your little one is in the gentle, experienced hands of a caring night nanny—someone who soothes, feeds, and nurtures your baby while you truly rest. Imagine waking up feeling refreshed, with more energy to bond, heal, and embrace each new day with confidence.
With overnight postpartum support, you don’t have to navigate this journey alone. You deserve rest. You deserve care. You deserve to wake up feeling renewed. Let us help you create a more peaceful, joyful experience in these early weeks of parenthood.
schedule a meet and greetHi, I'm Angelia!
I have been a doula for the past six years serving families during the postpartum time. My experience providing overnight support has lead me to caring for week old twins who need around the clock care, to six month old babies for occasional diaper changes, soothing and dream feeds. I am CPR certified, have completed multiple doula training programs, and am an experienced student midwife who helps welcome new life into the world. My on-call schedule allows me to serve families three to four nights per week.
My experience has filled my heart with a deep joy of caring for babies while their parents tend to themselves. To be up with mothers in the middle of the night, helping them feel more supported and more rested.
I would love to connect with you. If you have any questions feel free to get in touch [email protected]
“Angelia-Bending Willow Birth is an absolutely amazing person! She was our postpartum doula from the time our baby was 5 days old until he was 3 months!! She was helpful with laundry, dishes and basically anything we needed.! We felt so comfortable leaving our newborn with her for a few hours while my partner and I rested, took that much needed shower, or got caught up on errands! Angelia is a fount of useful information, concerning postpartum care, newborn care, breastfeeding, and she even helped me give my baby his first sponge bath. We are forever grateful.”

what does a overnight postpartum doula do?
A postpartum doula is a trained professional who provides overnight care for your newborn, offering invaluable support during those early weeks or months of parenthood. Care includes feeding support, diaper changes, soothing, and ensuring a calm sleep environment so parents can rest and recover. We also support breastfeeding, handling breastmilk, and formula depending on your unique needs.
how many nights should I book a night nanny?
Every family is different! Some parents book just a few nights for extra rest, while others choose to have support five nights each week. We recommend planning for more support and then easing off as needed. Are you wanting a few nights of guaranteed rest, or complete rest and rejuvenation. You can decide what works best for your needs.
can I book a night nanny for just a few weeks or long-term?
Whether you're recovering from birth, adjusting to life with a newborn, or need restful sleep six months in, our night nanny services can be tailored to fit your specific needs. For short-term support, a few weeks of overnight care can make a huge difference. For long-term arrangements, we offer ongoing assistance.
